Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford is seeking a Senior Materials Manager to enable delivery of F135 propulsion spares and to optimize inventory across a global network. You will drive MRP alignment with Industrial, Engineering, and delivery partners, shaping the spares strategy and reporting across multiple locations.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills and the ability to lead meetings, coach teams, and brief senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; 8 years in material planning/inventory, or 5 years with advanced degree.
• US citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Experience in MRP, inventory management and supply chain.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and drive MRP alignment with internal/external partners to ensure inventory flow.
• Lead end-to-end spare parts planning and reporting for the F135 program.
• Utilize advanced Excel (XLookup, VLookup, IF) for data analysis and decision support.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and brief senior leaders on key outcomes.
