RTX's Pratt & Whitney team in Jupiter, FL is seeking an experienced Process/Manufacturing Engineer to lead the WPB F135 PME team on engine and module work instructions, data interpretation, and continuous improvements. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship with 8+ years of relevant experience and leadership capabilities. You will collaborate across functions, manage performance reviews, and support production challenges while driving standard work and SAP-based processes to ensure quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
At least 1 year of managerial, supervisory or leadership experience.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
Willingness to work 1st shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead the WPB F135 PME team in developing, maintaining, and improving work instructions for engine and module disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing.
Oversee technical data interpretation, timely workscope definitions, and approval of complex work control documents and dispositions.
Drive standard work, configuration verification, root cause and corrective actions investigations, and continuous process improvements.
Arrange effective shop support by ensuring the team provides timely technical assistance to operations; manage performance reviews, overtime, timecards, and onboarding/training.
Drive solutions for significant production challenges to ensure quality and delivery objectives.
