Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Supervisor to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales. The role focuses on coaching team members to uphold Coach's luxury standards while maintaining operational excellence.

Applicants should have experience in retail or food service management and a proven ability to lead and develop staff, manage schedules, and handle daily store tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Schedule: flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and build lasting relationships.
• Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive selling behaviors.
• Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, ordering and inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising.
