Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily outlet operations and drive guest experiences. You will schedule, forecast, train, and develop colleagues while ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial reports.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a passion for developing others and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
