Join our award-winning team at Hyatt Regency Dallas, located in the heart of downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing colleagues and driving operational excellence. This position oversees assigned restaurant and bar outlets and partners closely with hotel leadership to achieve service, financial, and colleague engagement goals.
Responsibilities include leading daily outlet operations, scheduling, forecasting, labor management, training and developing colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards and all federal, state, and local regulations, and supporting special events. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will analyze financial performance, monitor food and beverage costs, maintain brand standards, and foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a visible leader who enjoys coaching in the moment, building high-performing teams, and creating memorable experiences for both guests and colleagues.
