Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 2 (PM) to lead a subset of F-35 programs in the FR&S OU. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, plans, production, quality, and supply chain on an onsite basis in El Segundo, CA or Beavercreek, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years in project/program management.
• Proven profit & loss responsibility and ability to achieve financial targets via Earned Value.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and program access.

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of F-35 programs within FR&S OU through all lifecycle phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, plans/schedules, production, quality and supply chain.
• Interface with customer to manage expectations, priorities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, and contractual/technical compliance.
• Oversee field support, sustaining engineering, and supply/standby equipment scope as assigned.
