Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Program Manager 2 (PM) to lead a subset of F-35 programs. This onsite role may be located in El Segundo, CA or Beavercreek, OH, with travel up to 25%.

The PM will oversee lifecycle activities from proposal through closeout, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and interface with customers to balance requirements and execution constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Profit & loss responsibility with demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and EVMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of P&L for assigned programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, plans/schedules, production, quality and supply chain.
• Manage supplier performance to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Report program performance, risks, opportunities and compliance.
