Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master/PhD or HS with extensive experience required for PM/BD roles at DoD programs.
• Experience in project management, finance, contracts, or procurement is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with program goals and business strategy.
• Support the OU Program Manager and leadership team in achieving deliverables, metrics, and presentations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for initiatives, engaging with senior executives, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate across functions to meet OU objectives.
• Prepare, integrate, and coordinate executive reviews, including scheduling, agenda setting, leadership messaging, and stakeholder input.
• Organize knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities (SharePoint, lunch-and-learns, recognitions).
