You will prepare project plans, track progress, and coordinate with technical leads and suppliers. This position is 100% onsite at Berkeley, MO.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, 9+ years of experience, 5+ years in engineering, and 1+ year in project management, with strong communication skills. U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.
• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent with technical education.
• 5+ years of engineering experience and 1+ year in PM.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Leads Engineering Change Proposal activity from RFP through delivery and closeout.
• Coordinates with technical leads, program teams, suppliers and Boeing Global Services.
• Monitors cost, schedule, and performance metrics for leadership reporting.
• Maintains customer relationships and ensures on-time deliverables.
• Plans resources and defines risk mitigation for the project lifecycle.
• Assesses performance against baseline plans and captures lessons learned.
