Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math aptitude and sales ability.
• Familiarity with computers and calculators.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Optometric Technicians through Op-Tech Training Manual and insurance processes.
• Assist coworkers and cooperate in group efforts.
• Forecast staffing and scheduling needs with management and adjust accordingly.
• Greet patients and schedule visits efficiently.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services and timelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process orders/invoices.
• Operate cashier terminal when required.
