Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches Optometric Technicians through Op-Tech Training Manual and insurance process.
• Assists coworkers and cooperates in group efforts.
• Takes immediate and independent action; suggests improvements and solutions.
• Forecasts staffing and scheduling needs with management; adjusts staff as needed.
• Is friendly and informative on the phone; schedules patient visits efficiently.
• Greets patients promptly and provides high level service.
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services and timelines.
• Reviews patient information carefully and addresses patient questions.
