Job summary

You will forecast staffing needs, optimize resource allocation, and maintain alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expediting and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in interpreting schedules and tracking milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with project teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of logistics, supplier quality processes, and back-charge procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise expediting activities on a large project of complex scope.
• Direct expeditors to ensure delivery of materials, equipment, and data to support the schedule.
• Forecast staffing requirements and coordinate assignments.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policy and guidelines.
• Coordinate with planning, field material coordinators, and jobsite expeditors to set priorities and delivery dates.
• Expedite Bechtel engineering for timely review and return of engineering data.
• Represent Expediting in project team meetings.
