Job summary

Providence is seeking a Supervisor Executive Protection to lead a team of Executive Protection Specialists at the Renton site. You will oversee daily security operations, ensure high-profile protection coverage during routine and special events, and drive staff performance through coaching and reviews.

This full-time, onsite role requires a strong leadership background in security, experience in executive protection, and the ability to manage complex protection details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, CS, or business-related field.
• Equivalent education/experience may substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Completion of a recognized Executive Protection Course.
• Proven training in de-escalation and defensive techniques.
• Washington State Armed Security Guard License (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• CPP or PSP certification (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• EMR/TCCC/CLS certification (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• TASER training and certification within 9 months of employment (Facility Managed).
• Driving may be necessary; provide driver license and auto insurance upon request.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Executive Protection team.
• Coordinate coverage for routine operations, events, and emergencies.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and time/attendance records.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to staff.
