Job summary

Hampton by Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations at a Hampton by Hilton property in the United States. You will supervise, train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms meet brand cleanliness standards and inspections are completed on time.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage payroll, labor costs, and inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, room inspections, and quality assurance procedures.
• Experience monitoring payroll, labor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses.
• Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the Front Desk, Engineering, and hotel management.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and hotel operating systems.
• Ability to resolve guest complaints, address staffing challenges, and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
• Ability to walk throughout the property, inspect guest rooms, and assist with housekeeping operations when necessary.
