Home2Suites Hilliard is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will supervise scheduling, inspections, and inventory management while upholding guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment.

The role offers opportunities for advancement within the hotel leadership track and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and 401(k).

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Responsabilidades

• Manage the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, training, and inventory control to maintain quality across all hotel areas.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
• Provide opportunities for career progression toward higher-level hotel leadership roles.
