InTown Suites in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and the importance of keeping accommodations well maintained and ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead.
• Ability to adapt to multiple housekeeping/laundry roles as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms per SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas including fridge and counters.
• Vacuum and wash floors per SOPs.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Maintain exterior appearance of rooms (doors, windows, A/C grill).
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant when rooms are ready.
• Restock housekeeping cart at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Notify supervisor of safety violations or guest concerns.
• Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests.
