Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is hiring for an Underground Utility Foreperson in Draper, UT. You will lead a crew of up to five on underground utility installations, read plans and manage daily workflow while enforcing safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in heavy equipment operation, with a valid driver license. CDL is a plus, and the position offers full-time employment and an opportunity to grow with CRH.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew of up to five on underground utility projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and safety compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily work on the assigned project and direct crew employees.
• Ensure materials are delivered and available for the crew.
• Maintain time cards and prepare daily crew reports.
• Care for equipment and vehicles; perform basic maintenance.
• Assist with safety enforcement and adherence to company policy.
• Monitor job costs and assist with project reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
