Job summary

KGI Properties is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to oversee daily EVS operations across the casino property, act as a working supervisor, and guide team members while ensuring cleaning standards and safety protocols are met.

The role requires coordination of assignments, scheduling assistance, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming environment and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Background and drug screening as per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards accepted).
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Physical requirements include heavy lifting over 50 lbs, bending, stooping, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute area assignments for EVS staff.
• Assist Facilities Supervisor with scheduling and supply ordering as needed.
• Monitor and support team members during restocks and cleaning activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including emptying ash trays, wiping down machines, pushing in chairs, and removing trash.
• Ensure appearance and cleanliness standards of lawn and exterior grounds are consistently met.
• Follow uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance while representing KGI.
• Adhere to state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The EVS Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Environmental Services team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the casino property. Serving as a working supervisor, this role actively supports, trains, and guides team members while ensuring all cleaning standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
