Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in event setup or related field preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude essential.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Facilities employees during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily work and monitor progress per events.
• Inspect setups, cleaning, and maintenance to standards.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate venue conversions, setups, and cleaning activities.
• Respond to operational issues during events and escalate safety concerns.
• Maintain shift logs, inspection records, and equipment logs.
• Operate and assist with event setup and teardown of equipment.
• Ensure facilities are prepared and safe before/after events.
