Pacific Power Solutions, LLC (PPS) is seeking a Lead Solar Field Service Technician to maintain Level 2 and DC fast charging stations across multiple sites. The role involves traveling to client sites, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and documenting every job.

This is ideal for an electrical or field service technician who enjoys solving problems and growing in clean energy. The team focuses on safe, reliable operation of charging assets with ongoing training, advancement

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years hands-on electrical, electronics, or field service work.
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and experience with low-voltage AC/DC systems.
• Troubleshooting mindset: enjoy diagnosing why systems fail.
• Comfort using a tablet or laptop for work orders and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Level 2 and DC fast chargers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, network, and software faults.
• Restore charger connectivity and apply firmware updates.
• Follow OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Document all work in Scoop Solar or Salesforce Field Service.
