Job summary

Standard Energy Solutions is seeking a Lead Solar Service Technician to troubleshoot residential PV solar systems, install upgrades, battery backups, and EV charging systems. You will work with the Service Manager and Dispatcher to deliver timely service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of solar experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage flexible field workloads, safety, and compliance on roofs and job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solar electrical or service experience.
• Experience installing solar panels and wiring.
• Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service repairs and troubleshooting on residential solar systems.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and technicians; handle permits and inspections as needed.
