Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in an estimating role, ideally on medium/large multi-discipline EPCM projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading estimates including supervision of a team of estimators.
• Ports and Terminals experience required.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with tools and estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand estimating scope of work, deliverables, schedule, and estimate structure.
• Develop the estimate plan and initiate kick-off meeting.
• Coordinate MTO deliverables with engineering.
• Deliver accurate estimates per procedures and classifications.
• Monitor and upgrade the estimating database and provide client presentations.
• Input to Gate Release Meetings and support cost control.
