Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead all estimating efforts on the most complex and large-scale projects in the Estimating division. You will develop conceptual estimates, budgets, and value engineering while coordinating with clients, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a BS/MS in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in construction, and 5+ years in estimating, with proficiency in Excel and estimating software.

Qualificações

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years estimating field experience.
• 10+ years construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimating on complex, large-scale projects.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates from drawings and specs.
• Conduct value engineering and risk analysis.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and selection.
• Coordinate bid quality control and GMP/exhibits.
• Support business development with presentations/interviews.
