Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating efforts on complex and large-scale projects.
• Ensure the estimating process runs smoothly and client expectations are exceeded.
• Build relationships to understand needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and establish value for the work.
• Ensure quality control of bids and estimates.
