A leading construction company is seeking an Estimator to manage complex and large-scale job estimates. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will analyze project documentation, build relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensure quality control of bids. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 3 years of estimating experience and a strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience in estimating.
• 8+ years experience in construction industry.
• Understanding of market conditions influencing pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth estimating process and exceed client expectations.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze documentation to prepare project estimates.
