Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking an Estimator to manage complex and large-scale job estimates. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will analyze project documentation, build relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensure quality control of bids. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 3 years of estimating experience and a strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in estimating.
8+ years experience in construction industry.
Understanding of market conditions influencing pricing.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth estimating process and exceed client expectations.
Build relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
Analyze documentation to prepare project estimates.
