Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of civil, site, structural, interior finishes and MEP systems.

• Lead responsibility for budgets, estimates, and full pre-bid packages under GMP delivery.
• Ownership of quantity takeoffs, unit cost development, value analysis, and technical plan reviews.
• Direct involvement in subcontractor outreach, bid list creation, scope reviews, and proposal evaluations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaboration with operations and project management on constructability, procurement strategy, and early planning.

Requirements:

• BS in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction.
• 2 years of experience supervising or mentoring other team members.
• Strong knowledge of civil, site, structural, interior finishes, exterior envelope systems, MEP systems, and related trades.
• Ability to identify constructability issues and value opportunities.
• Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, online plan rooms, and common office tools.
• Strong planning skills to manage takeoff workload and multiple pursuits.
• Familiarity with Destini Estimator or similar software.
