Job summary

Global Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for a variety of commercial projects. You will perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses across CSI divisions, and develop GMP proposals and hard bid submissions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction estimating, a deep understanding of CSI divisions, and proficiency with estimating software like Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, Planswift, and On-Screen Takeoff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience with ground-up, renovations, TI, and/or design-build projects.
• Strong working knowledge of CSI divisions
• Experience with GMP contracts and hard bid procurement
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and addenda accurately
• Strong subcontractor network and bid leveling experience
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing commercial construction team. This individual will lead the estimating process for a variety of commercial projects and play a critical role in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.

The ideal candidate must have strong commercial construction experience and a deep understanding of cost analysis, CSI divisions, and multiple delivery methods including hard bid and GMP contracts.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (5-10 preferred for senior-level candidates)
  
• Proven experience estimating ground-up, renovation, TI, and/or design-build projects
  
• Strong working knowledge of CSI divisions
  
• Experience with GMP contracts and hard bid procurement
  
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and addenda accurately
  
• Strong subcontractor network and bid leveling experience
