Job summary

Powerfull Electric Inc. seeks an Operations Estimation Manager to oversee all estimation activities for operational changes, change orders, additions, and deletions, ensuring accurate and cost-effective results.

The role collaborates with project managers and operations teams to align estimations with project requirements. Lead and mentor the estimation team, develop standards, monitor trends, and present detailed reports to senior management to drive efficiency and performance in a luxury

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an estimation or project management role in construction/operations.
• Strong understanding of change orders, additions, and deletions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimation processes and supervise the estimation team to ensure accurate, timely delivery of estimates.
• Review and approve change orders, additions, and deletions; ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Analyze estimation data and provide recommendations to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and subcontractors to gather information and quotes.
• Develop and maintain estimation standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed estimation reports to senior management.
