Synergi seeks an experienced Lead Estimator to lead the estimating function, combining hands‑on estimating with leadership responsibilities. You will guide a growing team, set standards, and partner with executives to drive project success through accurate, competitive estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities guiding estimating teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk assessment.
• Expertise in developing conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating leadership: build and mentor a world‑class team; establish standards, processes, and templates.
• Develop bid strategies with the commercial team and align with project goals.
• Review drawings and specs, prepare scopes of work, bid packages, and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations to solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify risks, opportunities, assumptions, and value engineering options; support contract reviews.
