Hand & Stone Easton is seeking a Lead Esthetician who can lead the Esthetics team while continuing to provide exceptional services to clients in our Easton, PA location. The role balances hands-on treatment room work with leadership duties, coaching teammates, and driving department success.

You will partner with spa leadership to coach, train, and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure standards for sanitation and client care are maintained.

• Provide exceptional Esthetics services in the treatment room and deliver a World Class Client Experience to members and guests.
• Lead by example, demonstrating service, professionalism, and client care to your team.
• Coach, train, and develop Estheticians to reach individual and team goals.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities, create action plans, and monitor progress.
• Help build a strong, accountable Esthetics team and support recruitment and interviews.
