Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking a Lead Esthetician to lead the Esthetics Team, coach staff, and drive service and retail growth at our Austin location. This role focuses on developing the next generation of estheticians while delivering top-tier skincare services.

You will mentor team members, oversee training initiatives, manage inventory, and collaborate with spa management on goals and events to ensure exceptional client experiences and business success.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license required.
• Experience in retail sales in a spa environment preferred.
• Leadership or coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
