Job summary

Hand & Stone Easton is seeking a Lead Esthetician to lead and coach the Esthetics team while continuing to deliver exceptional in‑room services. This role balances hands‑on work with people leadership to create a high‑performing department for our valued guests in Easton, PA.

You will collaborate with Spa Leadership, pursue ongoing training, and help grow the team through structured coaching and program progressions. Weekend shifts and a minimum 30 hours weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in good standing.
• Previous leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong client service and team development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver world‑class esthetics service.
• Coach, train, and develop estheticians to hit goals.
• Partner with management to drive department performance.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities and action plans.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Recruit and interview qualified candidates when needed.
• Lead monthly esthetics department meetings and trainings.
