Job summary

RMSI is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Network (Esri ArcGIS / GIS Implementation) in the USA. The role leads cross-functional teams and technical consultants to plan, design, migrate, and deploy enterprise GIS Utility Network models for utilities.

The PM will own the project lifecycle, manage scope, schedule, budget, data migration, and business system integrations to modernize asset management and operational workflows. 5+ years experience preferred, PMP or Agile cert is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field.
PMP certification or Agile/Scrum preferred.
5+ years PM experience in GIS/ESRI projects.

Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Delivery: Lead full-lifecycle PM from initiation, requirements through go-live and post-implementation support.
Esri Utility Network & GIS Leadership: Coordinate workflows with Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and network designs.
Schedule & Milestone Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Jira.
Budget & Financial Control: Manage project financials, resource time tracking, billing forecasts, variance reporting and vendor expenditure.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, roadblocks, and data quality issues with mitigation plans.
Stakeholder & Change Management: Liaise between utility ops, GIS/IT teams, sponsors, and partners.
Governance & Reporting: Establish PMO standards, run status meetings, deliver exec dashboards on health and milestones.
Business Development Support: Lead client presentations for shortlisted proposals.
