Job summary

Soar Autism Center is pioneering a network of interdisciplinary clinics delivering ESDM-based ABA. The role focuses on high-quality ESDM delivery, senior clinical oversight of BCBAs, and ongoing performance improvement across two centers.

You will participate in training, supervise clinical staff, and ensure clinical KPIs are met while collaborating with local leadership to drive center success and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona.
• At least 5 years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of high quality clinical ESDM delivery at one (and eventually two) clinics (~80%).
• Provide senior clinical oversight for BCBAs and clients across 2 centers.
• Complete normed checklists on clinical quality metrics weekly.
• Attend weekly meetings with Clinical President and Head of ESDM Implementation.
• Provide case advisory and care pathways support to meet outcomes goals.
• Participate in training and onboarding of BCBAs and case supervisors.
• Meet a billable requirement each week across centers (10 hours weekly).
• Collaborate with Center Operations Director for clinic communications and culture.
