Job summary

Soar Autism Center invites experienced clinicians to join as Clinical Trainer (BCBA). You will lead training, supervise RBTs, and support multiple local centers while advancing the ESDM-based care model. You will work closely with BCBAs and operations leaders to raise clinical quality and develop new leaders.

The role includes structured onboarding, ongoing training, and a clear path toward ESDM certification. This position offers growth into center or regional leadership as Soar expands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in ABA therapy and ESDM preferred; ESDM certification within 2 years.
• LBA credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide trainee growth and development at local centers after centralized training.
• Support RBT competency evaluations for new and existing staff.
• Coach 3–4 case supervisors to strengthen clinical decision making.
• Deliver weekly group training and supervision sessions.
• Develop skills in ESDM practices and ABA strategies.
• Ensure adherence to supervision requirements and Fidelity checks.
• Act as clinical leader in center when Partner Clinician is not present.
