Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers and supervisors across a designated manufacturing section.
• Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
• Drive the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel to maximise product quality and minimise manufacturing costs.
• Act as the key liaison between manufacturing and engineering teams during the release and introduction of new products.
• Develop and evaluate engineering personnel, ensuring the efficient operation and continued development of the function.
• Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and operational performance.
