Job summary

CONECTIV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to run the day-to-day maintenance operations in a high‑volume distribution setting. You will oversee technicians, assign work orders, and ensure safety and efficiency across all scheduled activities.

The role requires 5–7 years of related maintenance experience, strong leadership, and hands‑on expertise with electrical, mechanical, conveyors, and automation systems. Flexibility for weekends and off‑shifts is expected to support operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and systems.
• 5–7 years of relevant maintenance or industrial experience
• Hands‑on experience with electrical, mechanical, conveyor, and automation systems in a distribution setting.
• Understanding of conveyor systems, ASRS, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and material handling equipment
• Ability to manage maintenance and capital projects with minimal disruption to warehouse operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in a high‑volume logistics environment
• Able to work in a fast‑paced distribution center with shifting priorities and time‑sensitive demands
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and off‑shifts to support operational needs
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions with PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations in the warehouse.
• Assign and track maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff coaching.
• Coordinate with project teams for maintenance or capital projects.
• Support ISO and company standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, planning, and parts room support to keep operations running smoothly.
