Job summary
iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep a fast-moving distribution operation one step ahead by developing technicians, improving reliability, and ensuring automated equipment performs at its best.
You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance for conveyors and material handling systems, lead a team, champion safety, and pursue continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance in warehouse or distribution operations.
- Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on leadership skills.
