Job summary
Form Energy, based at its Weirton, WV facility, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Team Leader to drive day-to-day maintenance and keep production equipment reliable. This hands-on leadership role partners with Maintenance Management, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in high-volume settings.
- Experience fault-finding mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience leading maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS.
- Strong communication and safety mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned shifts and production areas.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians through hands-on training and technical guidance.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company procedures, LOTO requirements, and applicable standards.
- Support critical spare parts identification, inventory management, and equipment readiness.
