Qualifications

5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent.
Experience with design & innovation and research & development.
Experience in management of engineering design projects.
Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, CAD software.

Responsibilities

Lead idea generation for innovative design/process solutions to existing operational problems.
Create documentation to share innovative design/process solutions, process maps, design standards, etc.
Generate structured plan to turn innovative design/process solutions from ideas to assessment, pilot and expansion.
Own and deliver against plans, providing network reporting and leadership approval for all stages.
Act as SME expert in area of ownership, provide expertise to other teams and challenge suppliers.
Build large-scale business proposals based on innovation designs for WW Ops Engineering and collaborate with multiple teams.
