Rubbercraft is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Epicor ERP implementation and serve as a strategic IT partner. The role will transition to owning IT operations, Epicor administration, BI, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Based in Long Beach, CA, this leadership position partners with executives to modernize systems and deliver data-driven insights across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality. A rigorous focus on security and IT governance accompanies ERP ownership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years ERP implementation/administration experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise software projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation.
• Develop project roadmap, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and partners.
• Manage testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Identify risks and drive on-time delivery.
• Lead change management and user training.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing ERP enhancements and reporting improvements.
