Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Project Procurement Manager – Supply Chain to lead procurement for EPC projects, including equipment, subcontracts, professional services and materials. You will manage expediting, logistics, and supplier quality while coordinating with engineering and site teams for on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in EPC procurement, with nuclear project experience preferred. You will mentor staff and drive cost-effective sourcing and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Minimum five years’ experience in engineering and/or construction, or equivalent.
• Experience as a Project Procurement Manager – Supply Chain for EPC projects; nuclear experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans all supply chain aspects from pre-bid to closeout.
• Manages Material Control, Expediting, Logistics and Supplier Quality Surveillance.
• Negotiates terms with vendors, subcontractors and service providers; minimize risk.
• Coordinates with Category Lead Buyers and plans manpower.
• Mentors supply chain staff and ensures policy adherence.
• Provides feedback on market and delivery systems for material availability.
• Resolves vendor grievances and reviews contracts for policy conformance.
• Drives project mobilization, site setup and overall procurement execution.
