Job summary

DZMC, Day & Zimmermann Maintenance and Construction, seeks an EPC Project Procurement Manager to lead supply chain activities for a Point Pleasant, WV data center construction project through 2027.

Responsibilities include supplier prequalification, bid management, contract negotiations, and lifecycle procurement oversight, with a focus on cost control and schedule adherence. Requires CPSM certification and 3+ years EPC/EPC/MCP experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting EPC/EPCM projects (> $100M TIC).
• Experience with engineered equipment and materials procurement.
• Experience with major contract types (lump sum, unit rate, reimbursable, framework).
• Advanced negotiation and PO/Subcontract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors for project requirements.
• Lead competitive bid processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships to support project execution and opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Manage procurement lifecycle from RBL to PO/Subcontract closeout.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet Client requirements and schedules.
• Lead proposal efforts including Supply Chain estimates and strategy.
