Hire Priority Staffing is seeking a Lead EPA Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities for a 576-unit property in Porter, TX. The job pays $30-$40/hr DOE and runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some on-call weekends.

You will supervise maintenance teams, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure OSHA safety compliance. EPA Universal Certification and 2 years of onsite multifamily maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of onsite multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Previous Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and general maintenance.
• Experience with apartment make-readies, turns, and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize and complete service requests.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems maintenance.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues using schematics, electrical testing tools, and mechanical methods.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and other safety regulations through inspections and training.
• Manage upgrade and repair projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory and equipment history.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Maintain maintenance procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with property management to improve workflows and safety.
