Qualifications

• Board certification in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services; equipment planning; lab needs; workflow design.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists and primary care physicians.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues affecting medical staff; foster a collegial environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees and service line initiatives; communicate priorities to leadership.
