Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, lab needs, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists and primary care physicians.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with the clinical team.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting medical staff and service lines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees and cardiovascular service line initiatives.
