Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment seeks an Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to lead clinical and operational aspects of a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic. The role combines advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Medical Director will guide EP services, drive quality improvement, and oversee protocol standardization while maintaining strong referral networks and an emphasis on outcomes and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, and lab needs.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Work with clinical teams to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting medical staff and foster a collegial, high‑performing environment.
