Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope, growth, equipment planning, lab needs.
• Oversee space design and workflow optimization; standardize clinical protocols.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists and primary care physicians.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
