Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on EP services growth, equipment planning, lab needs, space design, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with cardiologists, PCPs, and regional partners.
• Work with clinical team to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
• Deliver comprehensive cardiacelectrophysiology care including device management and procedures.
• Support EP program growth and outreach initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and service line development.
• Engage in financial oversight and resource utilization.

Education

Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology

Medical licensure eligibility in state of practice
