Job summary

CaduceusMedicalRecruitment seeks an Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to lead a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic, combining advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Medical Director will oversee clinical standards, protocols, and performance through quality improvement and operational oversight, working with teams to advance EP services and program growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, lab needs, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with clinical team.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
